Progress in the New Technology of Inspection

Being the total solution provider, CVC not only sells pharmaceutical machinery to drug makers but carries the responsibility as the trend leader to bring new technologies and knowledge to pharmaceutical industries. Fro years, CVC have introduced many newly-invented machines and latest technical breakthroughs via national or internal tradeshows and in-house seminars. This year, focusing on the vial/ampoule inspection, CVC has new strategies; instead of inviting customers to CVC Shanghai show center, CVC took the machine and professionals to hold regional lectures in major cities of China. There are five seminars held this year in Changchun, Hangzhou, Nanking, Shijiazhuang and Chengdu.

Announced by China State Food & Drug Administration, China has become the largest country of vaccines manufacturing in the world since 2007; these made-in-China vaccines now are not just supplied to local hospitals but also exported to World Health Organisation. This achievement, on the one hand, represent the pharmaceutical industry in China is growing very fast, on the other hand, it illustrates that Chinese vaccine makers must obey and implies more strict worldwide-approved regulations of production procedure such as GMP and CGMP to draw more foreign orders.

There might be several contaminations occur during the production, for instance, glass or charcoals particles may dropped inside the ampoule when it is closing, ampoule and vial might be broken or leaking during sterilizing or transporting. Briefly, no parenteral medication can be sold without inspection, it plays the role as the last guardian of the workflow. For long, pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide rely on trained human inspectors, while humans will get fatigued after hours of working; inspection machine is thus invented as a replacement.
