In-Line Capper   CVC 1205

Stable, widely applicable to various kinds of caps and no change parts required, CVC 1205 is the best solution to all your capping jobs.

 

  • Capping speed up to 120 bottles per minute (speed may vary depending on easiness of cap placing)

  • World's unique successfully developed Capping Torque Setting Mechanism: Cap tightening torque can be set tomeet the different torque level requirements of bottles for different applications. Once the appropriate torque is set, bottles with insufficient torque are automatically rejected to ensure the capping quality.

  • 4 pairs of capping spindles perform additional tightening operations to the caps, ensuring proper capping for those caps with special screw threads.

  • Touch Screen Control Panel.
