PATENTED ! - Filling volume can be easily adjusted
directly from the touch screen panel. This filler shortens changeover time and prevents
any possible machine damage resulting from incorrect
adjustments.

Diving type filling mechanism: filling nozzles
automatically dip into the bottle and elevates as the product is being filled.
Elevation is made in 3 stages and speeds can be adjusted to meet different
product characteristics and bottle shapes.

The filling mechanism is driven and controlled by servo
motor, and accurately reduces the speed when filling head level is
approaching the bottle neck's narrowed portion, thus preventing the
occurrence of bubbles or foaming.

Strokes of the filling nozzle and filling cylinder can be
set internally with parameters to prevent machine damage caused by operator
error.

Touch Screen with Human / Machine Interface. All
parameters, including fill volume, can be displayed and set from the Touch
Screen.

Five memory stations store production data including
bottle diameter, filling volume, filling parameters and clamp positions.
