• Filling and rubber stopper inserting are accomplished simultaneously.

• Precision filling pump made of stainless steel #SUS316; filling accuracy is within +/- 0.5%

• Touch Screen with Human Machine Interface. All parameters including Nitrogen filling (injecting) time, production speed, output quantity setting and malfunction alert messages can be displayed and set from the Touch Screen Panel.

• Unique vial bottles infeed safety detecting system, falling down bottles or shortage of bottles will cause the machine to stop.

• No bottle - No filling safety system.

• Liquid piping and filling parts can be easily dismantled for clean up , all parts can be detached and re-assembled quickly.
