Innovated Ampule/Vial Cartoning System - CVC AVM

 

 

Packaging system for glass products like ampules, vials, syringes, and carpules, in carton made up with a single flat blank.

 

 

 

  • Lower cost of packaging (from 10% to 35%) with respect to traditional packs (thermoformed case, pre-glued case, shaped cardboard... etc).

  • Possibility of standardization of the pack size, resulting in quick change-over.

  • Reduced dimensions, in some cases requires only 1 operator

  • Total fall-proof -  of the pack: vials are kept at certain space from the carton outer panels.  Easy removal of vials and bottles.

  • Cardboard double layer on case sides, single openin with possibility of tamper evident closure (glue or marked label)

  • Only one blank at a time easy to operate packaging system optimal material displacement

  • Low environmental impact
